We have a variety of homes offered for summer rental.
Each property is privately owned and furnished in the taste and style of the owner.
At Newbern Realty, we will work with you to find the right home that will suit your needs and lifestyle.
Upon rare occasion, this can be accomplished "sight-unseen".
However, we do not recommend this method.
We prefer for you to come in and sit down with one of our agents and choose for yourself, the home that is right for you and your family.
Some of these properties are listed exclusively with our office, but most are shared with other realtors.
Each year many of the LBI rental customers return to the same home for the same week(s).
They usually submit their reservation requests when they check out.
During September and October, we work together with the homeowner and the other realtors to report the reservations and set up the availabilty for the coming season.
The best time to begin looking for your rental home is late fall or early winter.
